Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Please be assured that your items ship out within one business day of purchase from our fulfillment center. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The main carrier we use is U.S. Postal Service (USPS). For express shipping, we may also use UPS or Fedex.
- We ship to PO Boxes.
- Standard shipping delivery to the US typically takes about 3~5 days.
- Expedited shipping delivery to the US typically takes about 2~3 days.
- Shipping to Canada could take 2~12 days depending on the selected shipping options.
- Shipping to Mexico could take 15~25 days. We ship via Estafeta USA.
If multiple items are included in the order, shipping fee is either discounted or waived. Please add 3 or more items to the cart to receive a free shipping.
Express mail option is available upon request, at additional fee. Express mail cut off time is 11am. Please contact us for details.
If you are trying to estimate when your package will be delivered, please check the order tracking email you received from us (info@grassfactor.com).
If you do not receive any order-related emails from us within 30 minutes of placing an order, you might have mistyped the email address or the emails we sent might be in your junk or spam mailbox. Please check your junk mail box. Order tracking emails are typically sent when our fulfillment staff process your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned products.
- New / Sealed Products: You may return or exchange products within 2 weeks of your purchase. For new product returns, we offer full refunds less shipping fee (free shipping orders - actual amount paid for shipping at the time, plus $2.50 return processing fee)
- Open products: Please let us know about your condition, how you have used Dr Wheatgrass products and your experience to date. We will provide personalized tips for you to try and follow up with you occasionally to help you best use wheatgrass. If you are still dissatisfied, you may return used products within 1 month for a partial refund(50%) less shipping fee (free shipping orders - actual amount paid for shipping at the time, plus $2.50 return processing fee).
